For most couples, yes. Everything a guest actually opens on the day — the timeline, directions, dress code, accommodations, registry links, FAQs, and their table — lives on your SideQuest page, and it works on any phone with no app. If your current site has something unusual we don't cover, keep it and link to it from your FAQ section.

That's the point of a hub. When no ice breaker is running, guests are checking the timeline, seeing what's next, browsing the scoreboard, posting to the shared photo album, and chatting. It doesn't go quiet when a game ends.

SideQuest is built for weddings and wedding-related celebrations: your wedding day, rehearsal dinners, engagement parties, bridal showers, and more. We also see couples use it for family reunions and other large gatherings.

Every plan includes all our ice breakers: People Bingo (guests submit five facts about themselves, then work out whose facts fill their card), Live Trivia (real-time quiz rounds with instant scoring), Scavenger Hunts (QR-based exploration challenges), Party Animal (act out a secret animal — sounds and movements encouraged, just no words), and Word Cloud (live group answers). The Photo Wall, group chat, and scoreboard run alongside them all night.

SideQuest is free for weddings with up to 100 guests — all ice breakers and features included, no credit card required. If your wedding has more than 100 guests, you can upgrade for $99 (one-time) for unlimited guests.

SideQuest has two event styles. In Casual mode, guests play individually and compete on a personal leaderboard — great for cocktail-style weddings or smaller gatherings. In Seated mode, guests are assigned to tables and their individual scores roll up to their table's total, so tables compete against each other on a live team leaderboard. Both modes keep the competitive energy going all night!

Guests need an internet connection (WiFi or mobile data) on their phones to participate. Most venues have WiFi, and cellular data works fine too. The ice breakers are designed to be lightweight and work well even on slower connections.

Nearly all of it. Write your own info sections (timeline, venue, dress code, accommodations, registry, FAQs), set your header photo, colors, and fonts, then write custom trivia questions about the couple and scavenger hunt clues specific to your venue. People Bingo needs no setup at all — the cards build themselves from the facts your guests submit.

We believe in privacy by default. All event data - including photos, guest names, and scores - is automatically deleted 180 days after your event. You'll have plenty of time to download any photos you want to keep. We don't sell data or use it for advertising.
